With a background as an organisational psychologist and experienced business leader working with start-ups, high-growth scale-ups, and blue-chip organisations, Kellie founded omio so aspiring leaders, founders, and senior executives will always have someone in their corner to bring out their best.   • Registered Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), College of Organisational Psychologists (COPS), Interest Group for Coaching Psychologists (IGCP), and Fellow of Association for Coaching.

  • Accredited to use various psychometric assessment tools, including Saville Wave, GeneSys, Hogan assessments, TalentQ Emotional Capital Reports (ECR), Emotional Capital Report 360 (ECR360), PROPHET teams assessment, and The Leadership Circle (TLC).
