Fiona specialises in career coaching and leadership development, leveraging evidence-based methods to design and implement coaching programs. With extensive experience consulting for national, not-for-profit, government, and multinational organisations, as well as working within internal Human Resources teams, she has an impressive track record of enhancing individual, team, and organisational performance through building connections, understanding business environments, and providing practical guidance to clients.

Throughout her career, Fiona has experienced first-hand the far-reaching benefits of great leadership throughout all facets of the workplace. Her approach blends commercial acumen with a human-centered focus to empower leaders to consistently perform at their best, helping create a ripple effect through their teams and business as a whole. As a coach, she recognises that each individual possesses unique stories, qualities, and aspirations. She approaches every interaction with genuine interest, aiming to uncover the core of their professional goals to create a bespoke roadmap to success.

Fiona holds a Graduate Diploma of Counselling, a BA and is accredited to practice with a range of psychometric assessment accreditations including Saville WAVE, Emotional Capital Report, Hogan, The Leadership Circle Profile and Genesys. She has a Professional Certificate in Coaching Psychology and is also trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
