Eleni joined omio as a co-founder to help people and organisations ‘succeed on purpose’ by proving to them what their best can look like.

With extensive experience with national, non-profit, government and multi-national organisations, Eleni has a track record of implementing successful programs both as a consultant and within internal HR teams. She understands the crucial role evidence-based methods play in the development of successful talent and organisational development strategies, and uses these to design bespoke programs that deliver results and long-lasting change.

Eleni’s approach embraces curiosity and intention to understand the unique motivations and beliefs of each person she works with. She offers fresh perspectives to challenge individuals, teams and organisations to achieve peak performance across all sorts of industries and organisational levels.
